Multitask Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader based in Blackburn. The Role: Plan daily workloads. Ensure that Inbound or Outbound are despatched / Checked correctly and meet customer needs Ensure all documentation and labelling is correct Ensure customers delivery address is correct on the despatch label. Ensure that resources are available to cover any areas in the team that may have staff on holidays or sick. Ensure all vehicles have been signed off with the correct paperwork Ensure a discrepancy log is recorded of all shipping errors by colleague and fed back to the warehouse management for review and target setting for next working periods Ensure End of day SAP / WMS reports are run to mitigate none invoiced deliveries. The Ideal Candidate will have: Two or more years of experience in Warehouse operations at either operator or supervisory level. Licenced to operate counterbalance FLT or equivalent with expectation to obtain further licenses as required for the role. Good understanding of written and spoken English to enable communication with colleagues and to understand written instructions, controlled documents and supplier order related documentation. Numeracy skills appropriate to accurately count materials and to providing summary information and reports for stock levels by volume and value, stock movements and analysis of stores activities. Willingness to support other team members and production management in the smooth running of the warehouse Working Hours: 05:30am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:30pm rotating shifts Pay rate: £12.29 + Attendance allowance of £40.00 per week.
